My husband has been going to this dentist for a few years, his service and experience has always been positive when this was the previous practice. I have to say he found his dentist and the treatment received to be exemplary. I have myself however messaged several times through the contact us page so I could register but haven't yet had a response. I'm hoping this isn't a sign of changes with the practice.
Went as an NHS patient with full exemption and got charged. Still waiting for the refund form after a call from the manager who wasnt even present during working hours and is clearly only interested into making money. When I booked an appointment with a hygienist and confused the time they kept the deposit which I had to prepay. No reminder on the day though. Overall, it seemed as a mismanaged business, nowhere near a clinic. AVOID.
