Supernova Bridal has now been taken over by a new manger. The service provided is absolutely fantastic, the ladies are extremely helpful and make you feel very welcome! They really do go above and beyond for their brides x

I am only giving them 1 star because that's the only way I can write a review? I went today to this awful store with my mum,pregnant sister in law and my two kids firstly they would not let us in to the store as they were on lunch they didn't even smile :( that's the face I got I was told to come back at 1 when I got there another lady answers the locked door why it was locked I have no idea even though it was 1 this different lady doesn't say hello no smile she tells me I have to wait for another shop assistant to come then they will speak to me (we are still outside while it's raining) another lady comes she's white may I tell you am brown(muslim) the shop assistant smiles says a nice hello to this lady and let's her in right away with two another ladies that where with her when I go near the door the shop assistant closes the door leaving a 2mm gap finally the other lady comes to the door after my mum says "let's just go" the door was again closed and locked (still not sure why) finally the lady who I spoke to first comes back by now me, my mum, pregnant sister in law and my kids are cold and upset by how we are being treated when she comes to the door I tell her how she has made us all feel I felt discriminated. What reason she had to make me feel this way I know and hope people are made aware of this awful store. Don't even deserve that 1 star. :(
